Please note, If you are unable to pay your rent for any reason, please call our office to discuss payment plan arrangement or guidance. Payments can be made through your Appfolio account or brought to our office in the form of (check, cashier's check or money order only, no cash.) In-person rent payments will be accepted at our office. The drop box will be located to the right of the front doors. 2829 S Grand Blvd. Ste 101 If your lease is coming up for renewal, please contact our office to discuss your options.
We are still providing 24 hour emergency maintenance. Maintenance emergencies shall be reported at 509-242-8142.
