Showings are  available during our business hours of Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm (No weekend or holiday availability). 
All showings are conducted as open house style.  We are able to wait about 15 minutes past the scheduled  time. 
Manito Property Management  does not accept comprehensive portable reports. 
If approved for  a rental a  $150  administration/document processing fee  is due  prior to taking occupancy. 
Deposit is equivalent to one months rent.
